Eligibility: To participate in the Grand Prize lucky draw, eligible members must reside in Japan and must register online at dmn.delta.com/ace_offers/japanmlb/. To participate in the Fly-to-USA prize and Haneda prize drawing offers, eligible members must reside in Japan and must register online prior to travel and they have to complete their travel through July 31, 2012 (travel complete). Purchase and fly round-trip on Delta-marketed and -operated flights from Japan (FUK, HND, KIX, NGO or NRT) to the U.S. including Honolulu qualifies a user to the Fly-to-USA prize lucky draw. Purchase and fly round-trip on Delta-marketed and -operated flights from Tokyo-Haneda (HND) to Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX) or via Detroit (DTW) or Los Angeles (LAX) to any other U.S. cities qualifies a user to the Haneda prize lucky draw. Members who fly from and to Tokyo-Haneda (HND) within campaign period are entitled to lucky draw entries of both Haneda and Fly-to-USA prizes.

Travel Period: All travel must be completed by July 31, 2012.

Campaign period: from now to July 31, 2012, 23.59 Japan Standard Time.

User accepts that Delta Japan may change, cancel, or discontinue this campaign at any time without prior notice.

Participation
Delta does not guarantee that all submitted registration would be saved on its servers. User waives the right to seek damages for the loss of submitted data, and Delta holds no legal responsibility for damages resulting for such loss.

User can register for the lucky draw once within the campaign period.

User has to register at dmn.delta.com/ace_offers/japanmlb/ with their SkyMiles number within the campaign period through July 31, 2012 after the quiz for entitlement of entries for the following lucky draws:

Grand Prize: complete the quiz and campaign registration.
Fly-to-USA Prize: after the quiz and registration, user has to book and fly round-trip with purchased fares from Japan (FUK, HND, KIX, NGO, NRT) to the U.S. including Honolulu.
Haneda Prize: after the quiz and registration, user has to book and fly round-trip with purchased fares from Tokyo-Haneda (HND) to Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX) or via Detroit (DTW) or Los Angeles (LAX) to any other U.S. cities.

Multiple entries into lucky draws can be earned with more round-trip flights completed within the same campaign period.

The lucky draw for Grand Prize, Fly-to-USA prize and Haneda prize will be eligible for those participants who have registered during the campaign period from April 27, 00.01 Japan Standard Time to July 31, 2012, 23.59 Japan Standard Time. The lucky draw will be held, and the result will be posted at www.deltajapan-promo.com/mlb in August 2012. Winners of Grand Prize, Fly-to-USA prize and Haneda prize will be contacted directly by Delta or selected third party, and receive their respective prizes within a month from the completion date of the campaign period as indicated.

Winner
At the end of the campaign period, by drawing, Delta and/ or its selected third party, will select one winner to receive the grand prize of a pair of round-trip flights from Japan to U.S., hotel accommodation and a pair of MLB game tickets. Grand Prize winner can choose to receive a pair of tickets of his/her preferred MLB game and date in the 2012 season which is subject to availability. 80 Fly-to-USA prize winners will be selected to receive a DELTA x MLB "FLY-TO-USA" Pin Collection. 100 Haneda prize winners will be selected to received a DELTA x MLB Carry-on Suitcase.

Winners' announcement will take place via email notification by Delta and/ or its selected third party, and detailing delivery instructions and prize details of respective prizes to all the winners. Delta and/ or its selected third party will deliver the prize(s) in as timely manner as possible, to the winners' via their registered address submitted on their SkyMiles account. In the event that a winner's contact information is invalid, not current, or unavailable, or in the event that Delta cannot contact a winner of either prize categories, the user will be disqualified from the campaign and will not be eligible for any prize claim thereafter. Delta reserves the right to determine or change the prize details without prior notice to the winners.

Legal / Disclaimer
User agrees to settle, independently of Delta, any and all conflicts that may arise between user and any third party because of content submitted to Delta for this campaign. Delta bears no responsibility for these conflicts.

Delta bears no responsibility for damages in the event that this campaign must be discontinued because of fire, power outages, natural disasters, or any other unavoidable circumstance. Delta bears no responsibility for damages that user may accrue from the loss of game submission data from Delta's servers in the case of any of the above events.

User takes responsibility for all equipment and/or systems that are required for user to access the campaign website and submit each answers to the quiz. Delta bears no responsibility for failures in such equipment or systems that result in user's inability to access the campaign website.

These terms and conditions may change without prior notice. In the event of a change in the terms and conditions, users will be notified in a timely manner by Delta via electronic means.

User agrees to hold Delta exempt from any or all damages that may result from user's participation in this campaign, except in the case of gross negligence.

Personal Information
Delta will handle all personal information submitted by user in accordance with applicable privacy laws, as well as with Delta's privacy policy.

User's registered personal information will not be used by any 3rd parties other than Delta, its employees, or agents.

User grants Delta the right to use submitted data in any way that Delta sees fit, including but not limited to copying, publishing, or translation without providing prior notice to user.
