Redemption Instructions
  1. To redeem, you will need the reference code, certificate number and redemption code specified above.
  2. Redeem this voucher when booking travel using any of the channels specified below:
    - Book your reservation quickly and easily online, by visiting delta.com. From www.delta.com/redeem provide the requested information and continue your booking.
    - Call Delta reservations and advise the agent that you are redeeming a Delta e-cert certificate (a direct ticketing charge may apply). In U.S. and Canada, call 800-221-1212. In Japan, call 0570-077733 or 0476-31-8000. In all other countries, please contact your local Delta reservations office.
    - Call Delta vacations at 800-800-1504 (Travel agents call: 800-727-1111). This certificate applies exclusively to the air portion of your itinerary.
  3. This certificate may not be redeemed at any airport.
Terms & Conditions
  1. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher is valid for the dollar amount indicated above. When ticket is issued in currency other than USD, the value should be converted to the currency of the country of payment at the Bankers Rate of Exchange in effect on the date of ticket issuance, and the rate of exchange must be indicated on the ticket. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher may not be altered by the agent of any carrier named herein.
  2. Delta eCerts Credit Voucher must be redeemed and ticket issued by the date above. Extensions are not permitted.
  3. Travel is permitted on the carriers specified above. Travel on other carriers must be ticketed separately at applicable fare, and this Delta eCerts Credit Voucher has no applicability thereto.
  4. Reservations must be made per the applicable fare rule.
  5. Delta eCerts Credit Vouchers may only be used toward the total purchase price of air transportation, including taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed on the air transportation. Delta eCerts Credit Vouchers are valid on both published and unpublished fares.
  6. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher may be applied toward the Delta air portion of a Delta Vacations package.
  7. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher may be combined with up to a maximum of two other Delta eCerts Credit Vouchers, or two other Delta eCredits (excluding eGift Certificates), provided the person to whom each certificate is issued is traveling in the same reservation. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher may be combined with a wholly unused ticket to purchase a new ticket, provided the name on the Delta eCerts Credit Voucher, if stated, and the name on the wholly unused ticket are the same. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher may not be combined with any Group Fares.
  8. This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher will not be honored when purchasing Prepaid Tickets, gift certificates or excess baggage charges, payments on account or Delta eCerts Agency Discounts.
  9. Once ticketed, penalties may apply for changes, per the fare rule purchased. The ticket must be validated on DL/006 ticket stock and the PNR must contain a DL operated or marketed flight.
  10. Delta eCerts Credit Vouchers will not be replaced for any reason, including vouchers which are lost or stolen. Purchased/auctioned Delta eCerts Credit Vouchers are subject to confiscation or voiding and travel will not be permitted.
  11. By redeeming the Delta eCerts Credit Voucher, the individual named acknowledges the content of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them.
  12. The Delta eCerts Credit Voucher is transferable only if it is not associated with an individual's name. Exception: If the certificate is issued in an individual's name, the certificate may be used by a different person as long as the original recipient is traveling with that person in the same reservation. Certificates may not be transferred for cash or any other consideration.
  13. If the value of a Delta eCerts Credit Voucher is greater than the transportation purchased, a new certificate for the remaining value will be issued to the original recipient, and the remaining value will be stored in Delta's electronic database which may be used for the purchase of a future ticket. For redemptions via the GDS, only a one-time use of each certificate is allowed, and no remaining value will be stored by Delta for future use. Delta is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules, and these program Terms and Conditions may be changed by Delta prior to usage and without advance notice.


  14. Special Travel Agent Instructions
    -To apply this certificate, book the reservation in any GDS and enter the following information:

    Enter the Certificate Number as an exchange Form of Payment when issuing the ticket, in addition to any other necessary Forms of Payment.
    Enter the Certificate Number and Redemption Code into the OSI remark field using the following format: (must be exact)
    If flight is DL designated and you are using Amadeus: OS DL MV06068xxxxxxxRC99999999X
    If flight is DL designated and you are using another GDS: OSI DL MV06068xxxxxxxRC99999999X

    A separate OSI entry is required for each Delta eCerts Credit Voucher used in a PNR.
